Een nieuw rapport van Deloitte stelt duidelijk hoe belangrijk jongeren de sociale rol van het bedrijf vinden waarvoor ze werken. Ik vermoed zelf dat dit ook een deel van de verklaring is voor het feit dat er bijvoorbeeld 14% van de Vlaamse jongeren liever voor de overheid werken dan voor een privé-bedrijf. (check hier) .
